We measure box size by volume, e.g. a package measuring 40 x 40 x 40cm is the same as 80 x 40 x 20cm. We charge a storage fee (based on volume) for accepting packages when your box is full. Individual packages of any size or weight will be stored FREE for 30 days. You can also consolidate or dispatch packages within this period at no additional cost. However, after 30 days we will charge you based on the package's dimensions, with 1 CBM = 100 x 100 x 100cm

All packages stored for more than 30 days & all packages delivered to a full storage box are subject to storage fees (billed based on volume). For example, a package with the dimensions 30cm x 30cm x 30cm will cost you $1.35/month (Standard). If you're box is full, a storage fee will also be applied to any additional package received.
